Always a positive experience, every time I visit the store in Cardiff. The staff are friendly and helpful. I am impressed with the way the store is dealing with the COVID crisis and I wish other shops would follow your lead.

Always a pleasure to visit costco...plenty of space for socially distancing, nice to browse items that you would normally not see elsewhere. Pick an off peak time so its not busy.

My wife and I, together with our whole family shop for home and business in Costco. We love this place and have spent many, many thousands of pounds here. We like the range and the quality, plus the seasonal changeovers are slick and timely. On the rare occasion we have had to return something there is never any hassle. The cafe is outstanding value and obviously an incredible benefit to the members. The whole place is very clean with strict COVID CONTROLS. The one thing I am astounded by, always, is the friendliness of the team, wherever you meet them, regardless if they're greeting, on checkouts, in the cafe.... everyone is professional and really helpful. The Leadership of this business must be very very proud.... I would be. So a huge thanks to you all.

One of my favourite shops. Cater for everyone with great prices. The restaurant is delicious too. Enjoy the tasters on your way round.

Best TV deals around usually. Excellent 90 day returns policy too, no quibble. Best jacket potatoes too!!!
