Shopped at Costco for many years as a trade member. However unfortunately due to recent pandemic Costco have released new policies in regards to only allowing two individuals to be allowed into the shop using the same membership card. This created great inconvenience when trying to support my younger child with Learning disabilities. On attempting to enter we was forcibly made to wait in the entrance, whilst the security confirmed with the store Manager “Emma”. Upon trying to explain to Emma how my child requires 2:1 support whilst in the community, she advised me to not enter the shop at all or one of us had to wait outside. The review is to reflect upon Costco’s policy which can create great obstructions for individuals that require support and hence they should try to adjust their policy accordingly. Thanks

Great fuel at great prices
Never fails to deliver. I could spend hours in here which I have done in the past, Costco caters to all kinds of needs and more. The staff are lovely and always so happy to help, and the pizza and custom cakes alone are enough reason to shop there.
Great price fuel and last longer than other fuels I have used.
Brilliant shop, strict following of covid rules and lots of parking space
