Always found customer service to be exceptional especially compared to other branches such as Wembley. Nice, clean and lockdown friendly. Only shame is how busy it gets and how the customers themselves behave. Reflective of the neighborhood i suppose. All in all still well worth the trek

Great shopping experience at this store . I have not been to the store since February 2020. You will always find what you need at very reasonable prices. The check out staff were really helpful. It was a great experience .
Grand scale American grocery/department store good at handling high customer footfall. Members only but fairly painless process. Not everything matches up on price with Tesco etc, but if prepared to fork out in bulk, say a fortnightly or monthly investment, it will pay off. Lots of US household favourites makes it quite fascinating sometimes too.
Good selection of products available from food to electronics, bulk items available for your choice and they offers for good price. Spacious complex, great produce, good deals as well. Not a good variety on electronic items but they offers for a good price. Spacious parking facility friendly service and the staff.
