A surprisingly large Costa for a relatively small town. Neat and tidy. Plenty of comfy chairs and sofa - type seating. Not wheelchair friendly - Front door OK - no step. However there are 3 steps towards the rear of the store where the toilets are situated. Usual excellent standard of coffee. Nice young man - friendly and efficient. Personal taste involved in first impressions though: I'm sure some would find the other staff member nice as well!

Always good here and great customer service.
Came in today, Wednesday, for a couple of iced drinks and asked for them to be in takeaway cups, just as personal preference. I was told I wouldn't get the discount even if I stayed in because apparently having your drink in a plastic cup means that it is to takeaway. Eventually she gave in and made them in plastic after I stated we were eating in several times. Just feel uncomfortable with glassware in this current pandemic. Server also making drink after drink, touching things, put my straw in my cup touching the part thats supposed to go in my mouth. Very hygienic while in the mist of a global pandemic
Another nice Costa coffee. I think that these places are tranquil & have nice food & coffee at reasonable prices.
