Had dinner on a Friday. Place seemed a little crowded considering Covid concerns. Ordered Tacos al Carbon. Returned them given the meat in tacos did not seem fresh nor was it made with fajita meat. I complained to who seemed to be a female manager and she insisted it was fajita meat, the only option she offered was replacing it with something else. The problem with that is that we went to dinner as a couple and would have had dinner by myself. The waiter was gracious enough to remove the item from the bill. Not impressed.
Over priced Mexican food, there's many other competitors at a better value. The food is good and the service is excellent, very professional staff. The noise volume is high school cafeteria level loud, it can be overwhelming at times.
All the food is very delicious and fresh. I've never had a negative dining experience there. The staff are professional knowledgeable friendly always a great choice to eat there
Luv this place..... I grew up in McAllen .... back n forth as I aged.... live in McAllen now. So today I meet Martin and I would like something special that is NoT on the menu..... no problem no issue and wonderful as photos below. I do hope the owner sees this as this employee is taking care of your business and needs and deserves praise for his kindness efficiency can do attitude. Thank you Martin from me!!!
