I had a great experience here. The staff was super friendly and understanding and super compassionate. Make an appointment before you go so you don’t have to wait for walk-in. Their covid measures are great and they’re pretty good about communicating. I would highly recommend this location.

I came to get the pill Ella was attended my Dr.T & a lady that was pregnant I wish I would have gotten her name but nevertheless they were so nice & I was so amazed at how fast they gave me the pill & I barely even waited I love their service here. it looks like they love what they do unlike the location in 17th st where they took about 2 hrs to give me the pill & were so rude. I will definitely be changing locations even though it’s a little further but I love how they treated me here.

Planned Parenthood in OC and San Bernardino counties are heartless and don’t care about people. I was turned away due to being tested (negative) for Covid because “I could’ve possibly come into contact with someone in the last 14 days.” These people don’t care about you, they care about themselves and money.

I can't find any reason to complain about this place. They made everything so easy for me.

I went to gynecologist. They left me half necked from the bottom on the examination chair for 20 min in a cold room, and only remembered about me when I went out the room and reminded them that I was still there. Besides that they didn't want to claim exact cost of my pills, until I demanded that. And they charged me 303 for such a ice\ and \attentive\ service. It is up to you to visit this facility or not, but believe me, you can find more professional and caring doctors somewhere else.
