Staff were pleaent and the drinks were pretty much as you would expect from any costa. Howerver, there didnt appear to be a clean piece of crockery or cutlery in the entire place. Trays were discustingly dirty as we're my first 2 cups, I cleaned the third myself. Teapot was cleanish on the outside but pretty grim inside.... Only came here as it was in the same building as cinema and had time to kill, if you have a choice I'd suggest trying elsewhere. I image takeaway with paper cups is less of a problem.
I'm giving a 1 star for the simple reason they are only taking card payment only! Its Disgusting! alot of our older generation don't have cards that allows them to swipe and pay!
Relaxed atmosphere at the Matlock branch. Prompt service. Nice place to relax while waiting for train at nearby station.
