Decided a return visit. And what a change. Instead of having to tie up my dogs and go into the shop to collect a very nice member of staff delivered it to me in a very happy and welcoming demeanour. Well done.

Cleanliness was fine. Facilities clean. The staff were extremely helpful. The guy (Stefan) arranging the waiting line was extremely helpful and very disciplined regarding covid which is very reassuring and made it all feel safe. Top marks.
Excellent effort at making their branch Covid-safe. Very conveniently located. Staff are so friendly and I always enjoy my drink.
Incredibly slow service. Very loud environment and difficult to hear staff. This meant they were shouting (not Covid safe) or pulling down their mask (not Covid safe). One member of staff had mask off but it was hanging off her ear and staff were not distancing from each other. Staff were rude in the way they told me where to stand. I understand asking me to stay in a certain area to maintain distance, but not when they move another customer to stand right next to me. Would not go back.
I tell u why, service was good my Costa had creeeeeeameeeeeme even though I said no. But anyway, even though it had cream the caramel to milk ratio was very good. :)
