I love this Costa coffee. Pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff and good coffee as always. My four-year-old son loves a Costa lemon muffin. We always eat them as we are here.
This is by far the best Costa, the best staff, always lovely, even if something is wrong (it happens rarely), nothing is ever any trouble and drinks always served well. Have missed coming here, can't wait to be able to come back
Covid precautions have resulted in fewer available tables, so it's now a scramble, and often impossible to find a table. The staff are always friendly and do their best to provide a good service, but something needs to be put in place to ensure tables for customers on a first-come basis, rather than tables being hijacked by selfish customers who plant a partner to 'reserve' one.
We were waiting for 20 min in the queue and the staff doesn’t move fast at all. A lots of people decided to go when they saw that the queue isn’t moving, in some of the time it was until the men’s shopping side
