Lovely and cozy Costa shop with a good location, close to the underground station in Rayners Lane. I am coming to this coffee shop occasionally when I meet my friends, staff polite, friendly, helpful and welcoming, never mind which members of the team are working. It’s one of the Costa shop always clean and tidy. Toilets available only for Costa customers.

I prefer Costa over the other coffee shop brands. The staff at this branch are kind. I have bought from this branch very often and have had a good experience every time. I recommend this branch.
It's frustrating that it's closing at 5pm - I know this is because of COVID but when I've been there at 5pm it's still busy and people still want to come in to get coffee. It's annoying because a lot of us are working from home at the moment and would be nice if after I finished work I could go and sit in and have a drink especially during this Christmas period.
The best costa , coffee is nice and staff is amazing , especially sweet manager Klaudia and Ewa ;)
How could you not love this coffee place?! I've been coming to Costa every morning for my 2 week stay in London. A coffee is a coffee, BUT it's more than coffee here - the beautiful staff (see photo!) are so professional, efficient and friendly, not only welcoming me every morning with a personal greeting but know my regular order and have it ready and waiting for me! What more could you ask for? - these workers are hard working in a non-stressy way, which makes me and other customers feel very good here. I would recommend this coffee shop for the community vibes that are created by the staff.
