First time visiting this costa coffee. It was the only coffee place open on a Sunday in Halesowen. We waited longer than usual for our drinks and there were a lot of people in the queue whilst we were eating. I think they could do with some more staff members, especially during busy times. The tables were clean and the food was nice. There are a lot of tables to choose from.

Wonderful staff, they have always made me feel welcome. I've missed going here because of it being closed due to COVID-19, I can't wait to return :)
Very nice staff. Nice place to hangout, just a little cold though.
This outlet has decent, friendly, professional staff. The coffee and other beverages are very good, and there is a good selection of snacks. It also has a pleasant sitting area where your tea or coffee can be drank in a relaxed environment.
Very disappointing. No toast and marmalade being served but teacakes offered as an alternative ??
