This branch should be absolutely ashamed! Disgusting member of staff. Me and my partner was with our 10 month old daughter who was very tired, we went into the shop and sat down. I got up and went to order and the woman behind the counter said you need to leave... Excuse me what?! The couple in front of me said they would like to eat in and the woman who served me said because they asked before you, you need to leave. Lucky I didn’t launch the sandwich straight at you the way you spoke to me. Pathetic woman.

As with most chain stores the benefit is that you pretty much know what to expect as a standard whichever outlet you visit. There are a large selection of drinks as you would expect, not the cheapest however decent sized cups and very tasty. You get what you pay for. The service was prompt, staff are friendly and polite. It's quiet a small property so can feel a little claustrophobic during peak times. The location of the building is very handy for local shops and parking is only a short walk away. I don't know if the building is listed but I am pleased they have not altered the exterior and it is in keeping with the local architecture rather than modernised it.
A lovely Costa! A very classic Warwickshire front building with seating inside and outside. The hot chocolate was ace! But the muffin was really dry and bland and quite pricey too... The hot chocolate made up for it though
