About every 3-4 weeks I meet up with friends at 4pm to have coffee and have a chat. This new venue is going downhill. Yesterday part of the seated area was blocked off with chairs and a broom left by it, plus two other brooms in the public area where clients are. Two girls just walk in (aged about 15) and go straight to the ladies toilet, and both leave about 5 minutes later without using the Costa Coffee. Others previously just walk in and use the toilets and just walk out. The venue has gone downhill - we all agree that we wont return until it is sorted itself out. People just walking in is not so good, and 3 brooms left in the area where the public are does not look good.
