Haven't been inside this store yet. The drive thru isn't the fastest and my wife's mini latte was cold once we did get round to the serving/payment window to receive our drinks. My drink was hot and tasted great though. The coffee here is great. And staff were polite enough too. The Costa app couldn't be scanned due the the machine not working which is a disappointment. The have a few parking spaces here and a couple of disabled spots too.

Staff don't seem to take notice of orders, on more than one occasion asked for a large and got given a medium. Once I payed for a large and was still given a medium. While this is only one occasion it's still important to watch what you pay. Beverage itself is ok up to the same standard as other costa branches

I have been here many many times and not a had a problem at all whilst the coffee is good and food is great the staff leave so much to be desired. You cannot take a table until you have ordered coffee which is absolutely valid but I do not appreciate the way it was snapped at a member of my party (4 in total) once ordered drinks there was no where to sit for a party of 4 as the offender previously mentioned sat a single person on the table of 4. When ordering the coffees the guy said to me are you drinking in or out when i suggested take out cups as there is no inside tables he just said you can sit outside well cleat need take out cups then. I'm not usually one to complain if I don't have something good to say I don't say it. I won't use this Costa again I am not a child and don't appreciate being treated like one #rant over
