We ordered for a large Mocha, extra hot and frothy, just like we always have at other Costa shops. The first one was flat white, we took it back and told them we wanted it frothy like we've always had, and the second mocha was worse, it was flat and not frothy. There ought to be consistency in your services. We must say we are disappointed with the services we got in Lymington.
I just had a coffee, and the team was amazing, my coffee was one of the best I had in a while. Love this branch nice spacious, the new system working well, clean tables and toilets too. Strongly recommend.
