Costa llanelli at parc pemberton is great, all staff are awesome and so so friendly and they always welcome you with a smile and all have great personalities.

Had a coconut flat white here today and it was lovely and looked lovely too! Was served by Beth who happily typed in my whole long costa card number because the scanner wasn’t working so I could get my points! Service here was friendly and great, there’s a decent amount of seating. Only problem was toilets aren’t always the cleanest and there’s only two unisex cubicles which can sometimes mean a wait!
Love Costa, and they have lovely friendly staff x
Very clean and clear direction for social distancing
not much can be done about this but it's small, dark an can be cramped as so busy at times would love more chairs outside too.
