On two occasions the Hot chocolate was made terribly and rushed and the Terry's Chocolate orange flavour one was out of stock. THEY SHOULD SAY sorry we don't have this one it's out of stock, at the time of placing the order. Then I would choose something else. INSTEAD THEY GAVE a plain normal Hot chocolate and said we don't have Terry's chocolate orange in stock at the end.. when giving you the Hot Beveridge. THE MALE Staff member who works here wearing glasses is absolutely RUDE and needs to Learns some manners NOT PROFESSIONAL at all. THE FEMALE Staff Members are always rushing the drinks so they can have a natter.
