Always enjoy a Costa. Staff are very good. Tables cleaned and cleared straight away. Well done
Plenty of seat to sit in, well-practice of social distancing. Friendly staff. Good location to have a coffee inside the shopping centre.
Rude member of staff while visiting Shrewsbury small blonde girl. Shouted at girlfriend and I when coming in store to social distance when we are a bubble, once she served us she came around the front holding our tray saying \one of you will have to take this\ in such a sharp manner. While our hands was full with shopping, she could clearly see we was sorting out bags out to take the tray from her. I was just shocked and taken back finished our drinks and left. Made us feel unwelcome I'd avoid if she is working a shift!
Right now at 10.30 am 21st December Short staffed and no social distancing while queuing to get in Surely it should be monitored
