Second visit to Costa Prestwick, won’t be back!! A lesson in customer service and good manners is needed in this shop. Tables littered with dirty cups etc...... friendly tone wouldn’t go amiss when serving paying customers!

This is a nice place. The prices are reasenble. The staff is nice. You can allways find a place to sit. I can spend over an hour in here.
This Costa was up to the usual high company standards. Coffee and sausage rolls hit the spot. Covid busting regulations in place with regular table cleaning and track and trace.
Been to Costa coffee a few times across from Primark, the only thing I will say is it's hard to move a pram about! If they rearranged the tables it would be ALOT better. Don't get me wrong amazing staff couldn't be nicer.
Great cappuccino. Staff friendly and hard working in the current circumstances
