Walked in with my baby in the pram. Staff member kindly helped by bringing drinks to my table. Then another staff member offered me warm water to heat my babies bottle without me needing to ask. Very friendly professional staff.
Always a pleasure to visit store. Staff are friendly and the coffee and service are 10/10
The staff have rules as regards to the virus BUT they are shouting at their customers. There are ways of asking people to abide by the rules but I don’t appreciate them shouting at my elderly dad as he isn’t standing directly on top of the circles on the floor ! They need a lesson in common decency
I love Costa Coffee, but it needs Halloween items and Halloween foods and drinks and Halloween decorations.
