Lovely coffee and staff are great. Tables being cleaned quickly, clear markings where to walk and which way. All staff in masks. With the reduced VAT, price is even better too.

Great service. My daughter knocked her drink over and Costa replaced it straight away. Even though it was our fault. Was nice to see the guy who let you in being very friendly and helpful.. thankyou for an enjoyable coffees stop
The new look of Costa is brilliant. The orange and purple chairs look great and so comfortable. The new look is very updated and it makes the experience of having a coffee here better than before I must say. Really like it now and the new counter is more open so you can see what goes on behind slot more. The chairs like I said are much more comfortable than before love it. Well done Costa this time you have excelled yourselves. A must to visit for a coffee, and as a consumer journalist, I highly recommend this establishment. Great atmosphere, friendly staff who go beyond customer service and now a great new look. Well done!!!!! Go visit people.

Nice coffee shop that is in the centre of town which is ideal for a quick coffee. This Costa has a contemporary design with a mixture of different seating from chairs, armchairs and cushioned tub chairs. There are toilets and also disabled toilets available to use which is handy as someone with a disability I can access these toilets with no concerns. Open wifi is always handy when I go there as I enjoy a coffee whilst completing university work, it is unlimited for people with a costa club card which is a nice little bonus that makes sure I stay and buy further drinks! If you're in a rush then there is a Costa Express machine in this Costa meaning you can get drinks quickly without waiting in the que for a barista made drink. Normally staff are warm, welcoming, smiley and are very responsive if there is something wrong - I ordered a lactose free mocha and unfortunately on this occasion there was none of this milk available and had to change to another milk alternative, this has happened on one or two occasions when visiting this Costa. There were track and trace details at the entrance but at that time I couldn't see any further QR codes closer to the till and was asked to walk back to the entrance and rescan the code to prove I had signed in via the app before my order was taken - which is okay, had I not been the only customer walking in and it was clear to see what I was doing. Nice to sit and enjoy a nice coffee
