I love Costa coffee. But if you haven't already tried it you simply must try the seasonal After Eight Hot Chocolate. It's to die for. I always have excellent customer service in Bishop Auckland shop
Friendly. Boss knows her stuff. Coffee always good. Starbucks is near by...go here if you prefer staff who smile, say thankyou and don't talk to each other with their headsets...
