Very nice coffee. Queue not so nice. All rather haphazard to be honest. Maybe customers should be limited on time on tables. A party of five with empty cups, chatting while people waiting outside. These seemed to be Ladies Who Lunch. Very patient 'usher' letting people in and cleaning tables. Nice experience being able to get all five of us on one table.
Coffee and cakes are great but just wish they would allow dogs, we'd use Costa a lot more. Our dog creates less mess than some customers.
Often a queue to get in these days. You have to walk through the shop to exit with take aways.
Lovely and clean, good and well thought out coronavirus precautions, would return again
