Walked in, walked out, no one greeting or guiding. Didn't know what to do. Too much left to chance and in a Pandemic that is not acceptable. Went to an excellent independent next door.

Little bit pricey but lovely staff and I really enjoyed some of the new seasonal items , I also like the options to sit downstairs or upstairs !
Even in lockdown it's still good to know Costa is there
My daughter ordered chocolate orange chocolate and received a chocolate coin instead of slice of chocolate orange. I had gingerbread late and didn't receive my gingerbread biscuit as they serve in other Costa s. Staff not the most interactive or friendly.
