Absolutely brilliant service. Social distancing was excellent. Male assistant on today asked a couple to move back from us to adhere to the rules and the staff were socially distancing themselves as well. If Costa can do it why can’t everyone else

great service. I loved the new salted caramel crunch frostino. Cakes are always soft and amazing. Haven't tried the food yet.
Excellent service and great staff so friendly and polite well organised with social distancing could not fault the place.
Always a little more expensive than I think they should be but otherwise very good.
Quick friendly service and nice coffee with toasted panettone.
