One of the best places for customer service I have ever experienced. I worked in retail for years so I have seen many people go above and beyond for customers but few places match that of Costa in Mildenhall. They opened after the lockdown was eased and they still remembered my coffee order. When it is busy, they handle it, seemingly, with ease. They always find time to have a chat, when it's not too busy, and I always feel welcomed. No fuss and no problems. Nothing is every too much for them. I love my local Costa and I would recommend it to all. Thank you for being you.
Today When i said i have a voucher for buy one get one free. And the one of staff member looks like not happy to making it ! What’s the point you giving us the voucher to the door for?!
I love coming here, the staff always make me feel so welcome, the blond lady (I keep forgetting to ask her name) is always so helpful and she knows my order and is genuinely just so polite. Everyone who works there is an absolute delight
