First visit, with a colleague... We found the place clean, newly-refurbished feel to it. Staff very friendly and helpful. Coffee was prepared quickly and was good. The Colombian roast packed a punch. The chocolate frostini was a good choice on a hot afternoon. The air conditioning helped too. Will return.
Would have liked to have been able to access the toilet facilities
Not as busy as other coffee houses further up the High Street, so we could sit down and enjoy the lovely coffee.
A well run store, this Costa ought to be considered in contention for the best in the country. The staff are courteous and friendly, the store is clean and has lots of space. Much of this comes down to management. Vilma leads by example so her staff and customers like her. Organizuota efektyvi parduotuvė. She understands customer satisfaction is important and will always listen to customer's requests. Milena has a keen understanding for the business, her naturally welcoming manner and happy attitude shows why she is so successful with the new roast upsell. She is much liked by the other staff who listen to her. Those mentioned are an asset to the company brand. A recommended visit for a break (just 5 mins off the M25, J28).
