Great first experience for us today. The team obviously dealing with some issues out of there control due to demand. Particular thanks to 'Rads' (hope I have that name correct) and her colleague at the window for doing what you did for us! We look forward to seeing you again soon.

Relatively new and all very clean and modern looking. Polite staff and relaxing music played nice and quietly. As much parking as you need in the meteor centre car park right outside. There is enough indoor seating for about 65 inside and a few tables outside. Usual Costa menu and well looked after. Toilets available inside for customers. Hearing loop available.
Kurt and the team are always on top form and the service here is second to none. The team make you feel more like friends than customers. Drinks here are always spot on and the time for the drive thru is much quicker than other local drive thru’s. We do the 15 mile trip each morning to get our lattes from here and add an extra trip later in the day when required.
Popped in yesterday for a hot drink mid shopping. The place was clean and the staff friendly. There wasn't much of a queue inside and drinks were ready quite quickly. A good range of hot drinks, including the Christmas drinks which were delicious. I'd highly reccomend the hazlehut paraline latte!
Lovely thanks. Quick knowledgeable service
