Visited this place for a quick coffee because it wasnt too busy when I went. The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in and made my coffee instantly. I paid and sat down. The shop was very clean and the coffee tasted great!

Great size Costa. Staff lovely here too - well, except for the large lady with the short hair and tattoos. A visit to charm school is much needed for her. I felt bad for interrupting her paperwork, despite her standing in front of the till. However, she's the only downside... would've been 5 stars otherwise.
We popped into Costa in Chesham on 23/11/20 around 4pm. The service was terrible. I honestly wished we hadn’t bothered. She clearly didn’t want us there, she questioned our drink order, questioned my method of payment and then slammed our drinks down once she had made them. My drink was lovely but my boyfriend wasn’t impressed (I think it was more the experience than the actual drink). We won’t be returning when there are much friendlier places to visit in the town.
