Excellent service whether using the facility or drive-thru. Staff are pleasant and if items are unavailable always provide a reason. Not specific to this Costa but if taking away skip the cream you get much more coffee/hot choc!

Had no idea that I'd receive a parking fine for 100 for being a customer here for more than 2 hours. Someone I meet up with here also received the same fine, so that's 200 between us. There is apparently signs in the car park, but it was dark and we didn't notice them. The Costa staff didn't mention the 2 hour limit either. It would have been helpful if this Costa had a sign at the entrance to warn customers.
Lovely lad on the end of the takeaway order phone at circa 1pm today...obviously happy in his work. Great Turkey toastie and coffee. Worth the run out.
Service is a little on the slow side. Even with out queues. Sometimes you get the coffee beans in the drink. Making it bitty and crunchy.
Service for drive - thru and inside seemed rapid. Two male servers. Seemed focussed on serving customers particularly on busy drive-thru. Not seemingly very friendly. It was noticeable most tables inside not being cleared regularly. Used trays, crockery and cutlery on most tabletops. No-one cleared any of it away between 5.15pm and 7pm (a Monday evening) that I was in there unless another customer decided to clear up before they sat down. Limited range of cakes on display for eat - in. Drive - thru open long hours while eat - in hours more limited. Electric sockets available for phone and laptop chargers at certain tables inside. Plenty of outside tables and seats available.
