Very unhappy with today's order, I had ordered 2 large white hot chocolates with marshmallows and ended up with 2 medium coffees with cream instead. When I had taken it back the guy working there had the audacity to say that I ordered coffee until I proved him wrong with my receipt. He then went to make the white hot chocolates only for them to not taste like it and be small instead of large and given the marshmallows separately instead of putting them in the drink. Very disappointed. That was just lazy work.

Nice and easy to get a coffee, haven't had any issues and will be going again. My only criticism is if they can put a bin in the parking areas. Seems a lot of people stop, have a coffee and then throw the trash out the car. A quick, accessible bin might mitigate this.
Worst Costa experience! I am trying to avoid this particular place as staff never curtesy and polite, but rude and mechanical in a way, so you never feeling welcome. They shouldn’t work in hospitality if not enjoying been part of it, simple as that!!! Went this morning for coffee and breakfast as there are not many places open Sunday early morning so I have to go there. Waited few minutes until get recognised from the guy working and serving drinks and food behind the till without wearing a face covering or a mask??? ...who was chatting with a girl avoiding other customers that coming in... Definitely Overpriced for the hole “experience”. Management should consider of taking some actions in regards to: COVID-19 regulations, customer service, general manners and whole experience
Very easy to find on Google maps, came in December 2020 and brought the lovely seasonal Terry's hot chocolate. Worth the trip as we travelled about 10 miles to find a drive through.
This drive thru Costa is a great little gem of a coffee shop, it’s conveniently located at the five ways roundabout In Birmingham. The drive through approximately 7 - 12 minutes as it is relatively small only serving 8 cars at at time. There are parking spaces with 3 hour limit I do not believe you have to pay for parking (I do advise that you check upon entry). Inside of the café was relativity welcoming. The staff where bustling about completing orders but no attention was given to the vacant tables that still had the residue of the last customers present and chairs that where covered in crumbs and juices. It’s a little pricey for a herbal tea as one Jasmin’s and Green Tea Pot was 2.10 when it’s just a tea bag and hot water which is free of requested. As you walk in you see several tables to be seated and the cold fridge for toasties and sandwiches some fresh fruit too. You can buy Costa merch as well like flasks and cups. To the back of the cafè there is two cute meeting room type seating areas where you can really enjoy the peace and quite and maybe do some group meetings in peace with a nice coffee. It’s convenient as it’s is on the door step of a well known hotel and the edge of five ways.
