Very friendly staff, love coming here every fornight with my toddler who has tea and staff give him a little tea cup for his small hands, they are just so lovely. Nice hospitality, all in all, excellent service,

Good coffee and very nice staff. Fast service and they have Christamas themed hot chocolates in the season. Very nice!
Staff very helpful lovely atmosphere toilets spotless had to sit upstairs but young staff member took my tea upstairs 4 me cause I am less able xxx
This is by far the best Costa Coffee I have ever been to. Kristina is the reason for this, she is fantastic at her job and really goes the extra mile when it comes to customers. I was impressed the first time we came here as that I wanted to leave a review and forgot. I have just been back for a second time as not from round herefhere and forhfor to remember a customer who had only been in once about 3 or 4 weeks ago is incredible considering how many people walk through the door everyday. Hope management realise what a great employee they have. Will be back.
