Awesome museum in and around the house of Robert Tatin, in and on which he worked for more than 20 years, until his death. Very impressive sculpture and paintings, but the house itself with its decorations and walkway of giants are even more superb. Even if you don't like or know much about art, this eclectic mix of a myriad of styles, techniques and materials is bound to capture your attention and feed your imagination. The introduction by the guide (in French only) was very helpful and informative to provide some background, especially on the symbolism in Tatins art. There are also works of contemporary modern artists exposed on the domain, as well as an apple orchard.

If you're a lover of surreal art, or just interested in it then this is great place to visit. I had never heard of Robert Tatin, but found the place to be an amazing view into the life and mind of a unique and interesting human. The staff could not have been more helpful regardless of the language barrier (their English was far better than our French!)

Mad, bonkers, fantastic, inspirational, creative to the max, crazy, colourful, exuberant, simply wonderful. If you love sculpture and art then this is a must see destination for you. Lots to see and drink in. Robert Tatin's work is genius and this is a great homage to his life and works.
