Cossons continues to provide a great range of breads, cakes and pastries that are popular with the local community. The cakes in particular are delicious and come in extremely generous portions! The Russian slice is like a meal in itself! And the Jewish Cheesecake is fantastic. Its admirable that Cossons reacted to the lockdown by creating a delivery service, thus creating a high quality and critical service to locals who can't get out very easily.
