Cosmedics Skin Clinics Putney

I went to the clinic yesterday to ask about the option they were offering on hooded eyelids and fillers, the receptionist told me to go on the website, I had to insist for her to tell me about the bleharoplasty, acting like there was no point talking about it because she pointed her finger at the price and said \but...\ looking at me like I wouldn't be interested in it because of the price. Being a receptionist is the image of the company and I think you should think twice before treating people on what you think they can or cannot afford.

Dr. Ross was so friendly and professional, as so was his assistant,whose name I can't remember. The whole process was very efficient and neat.

I had a really good experience with Cosmedics in Putney - I can't fault it, everyone was charming and extremely efficient and the outcome of the scar corrective work by Dr Perry is far better than I'd hoped for. Highly recommended!

Dr Ross Perry really cares about client satisfaction. I have been attending the clinic for a few years now and I would not consider going anywhere else. Dr Perry takes his time with care and precision throughout the treatment. He does an assessment then leaves it up to you regarding affordability. Satisfied Customer

From the minute I walked in today I was impressed. The receptionist gave me a big welcoming smile...... with her eyes as she had a mask on!!........but her whole demeanour was to make me feel welcome. Brilliant. I sat in the Covid friendly and well sorted waiting room. Then I was taken through to see Dr Michail Malandrakis. Both he and his assistant, whose name I unfortunately did not find out, were charming and made me feel at ease .Chatty but always professional, I had a mole looked at and removed. Amazing. Painless, quick and efficient. Then I was given my post operative instructions and I was on my way with a lovely \Thank you\ ringing in my ears. I only dealt with three individuals today but they were all outstanding. A stressful situation dealt with perfectly.
