Cosey Rentals Lettings & Property Management

Have recently moved into a new build property which is being handled by Cosey rentals. I must say that they were professional and efficient throughout the process. It was a tough time as we had to try and provide all of the necessary paperwork and references over the Christmas period but they were extremely patient and understanding. The transaction in regards to picking up the keys was quick, easy, efficient and also safe following covid 19 guidelines. Stasia Sypula was our point of call throughout and I cannot express how professional and efficient the transactions were during the process.

Cosey are very professional & courteous. The staff & management are good people. They respond quickly, get people out quickly if you have a problem & the workmen who come out are great too. They genuinely care about their tenants. I really appreciate what they've done for me & my partner, particularly over the last few weeks.

We had a very unpleasant experience with our previous landlord so it has been amazing using Cosey Rentals. Every member of the team we have spoken to have been very friendly, helpful and professional in sorting our application. When processing our application for the property Stasia has been very helpful and kept us updated regularly throughout the process. She has gone above and beyond to rush this process for us so we can get the keys as soon as possible. I could not recommend Cosey Rentals enough and they have put my mind at ease after such a poor experience in our previous property, I am looking forward to collecting our keys :-)

Stasia, Brittany and Vicky were all absolutely wonderful. Phone calls answered quickly and answers given straight away. Everyone was so friendly and helpful in getting me settled into my very first home. Office was great and efficient when it came to social distancing and picking up my keys. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely be using Cosey again in the future.

Cosey rentals have managed my properties for 3 years. I have always found them to be extremely efficient and professional making my life as a landlord far easier. The tenants have always been of a good standard due to their vetting process. I’ve only every had one problem with a tenant and Cosey Rentals dealt with the issue straight away. I also rely on Cosey Rentals to ensure my properties are always maintained to a high standard and resolving any issues immediately and they have always done this. I would have no problem recommended Cosey Rentals to any landlords looking for a management company to manage their property.
