I've been a member of COS for 16 years and would have found it very difficult to have built my business without them. It provides me with a lot of support and keeps me up to date with all that is relevant in the finance world Having someone to ask about any problem, however trivial is a real benefit of being part of a friendly organisation I would reccomend any business who needs a bookkeeper to contact COS and all bookkeepers to get involved
Ann has now visited me at my office on three occasions. Not only to train my on Xero but also to help me correct some accounts which had become a source of stress to me. I found her to be both patient and knowledgeable, going over things several times until I fully understood each process. She often gave more of her time than scheduled, also providing extra assistance via phone and email. Thanks to her I feel so much more confidant using Xero and managing my company accounts, I can’t thank her enough! Claire MacIntyre, Office Manager at Datacentreplus
The team at COS Bookkeeping are top class ! Over the past 7 years, the COS training sessions I have attended and the support network that I enjoy as a COS member have proved invaluable tools in helping me improve my effectiveness in using Sage and Xero software. I would recommend Karen and her COS team to any of my clients.
I've been a member with COS for almost 2 years. It's given my own business added value as I have the support of a large pool of people who are able to assist with bookkeeping issues that I need clarity on. The team at COS are friendly, efficient and have access to endless pools of information, courses and help. I would highly recommend COS to anyone looking to employ outsourced bookkeepers, and to bookkeepers who are self-employed and looking for extra work. Being a member has too many benefits to list. COS is a continuous source of help and knowledge. Gill at GEM Business Support Ltd
