A good place to go to learn to meditate and enjoy the country air. Recently upgraded so very comfortable.
Beautiful and calming place with excellent conditions to take your mindfulness and meditation practise in depth. The teachers are well versed meditation and experienced in providing guidance to students from all walks of life. The food provided is amazing and living quarters are comfortable.
Probably the best retreat centre in the world!
