Lovely dog friendly pub and lovely staff with a carvery that was excellent with plenty of variety of veg and Yorkshire puddings to die for. We had a 2 course with a homemade lemon meringue and a raspberry and white chocolate roulade. Well worth a visit if you're in the area.

'BEST DEEP FRIED CALAMARI!' according to my daughter and the puddings were pretty good as well. Excellent host serving traditional pub food and the wine went down well too. Give it a try next time you're in St Clears.
Got us a table at short notice. Polite friendly staff. Had lamb shank excellent. Good size portions. Superb meal
Really friendly landlord and delicious food, don't be put off by the front of the pub which needs a touch up, everything else really good
