My diabetic nurse Georgi she is a great nurse, she listens got a good manner, makes you feel at ease. Today I seen her waiting for a patient and I asked her if she could do me a sharps bin, she said that she would put it at shaunacks, i was waiting for my medicine and Georgi saw me and gave me the prescription, she goes beyond her duties to help I cant praise her enough, the porch is so lucky to have her as part of the team. Never had a problem with the surgery, always given good advice and waiting times aren't too bad.
I know that coronavirus has made things difficult but when you make an appointment for a late 80's Yr old lady who is unsteady on her feet and leave her standing outside in a cue for 20 mins. Put some wooden chairs outside at a minimum. Shocking service
Think you have to be dead or dying to get an appointment, no appointments available for 3 weeks and when you ring the next day all appointments already gone. Doctors and nurses are fabulous, however the same cannot be said for the receptionists who are no help what so ever. I think the Practice Manager needs to sort out the front of house and appointment availability. Going off now to die quietly.
They provide the best service that they can given the constraints under which they have to work. They do their best.
