They have a ticket queuing system, which is great, since only 2 people at a time can be in the store due to COVID. We take a ticket, wait outside and know from a screen when we are due. Nice place to get electronics. This shop does not have a separate line for online deliveries so depending on the time of the day you may need to wait for a long time for pick up. The staff is really nice and even though it's a franchise it has the feeling of a local hardware shop, which is nice
