Had a variety from catering. Turkey was bland and dry. Ribs were soft but salty. Sausage had a good snap to it. Sweet corn was very good. Potatoes were good and soft.

Tasty BBQ. Sausage and wet brisket are great. The corn is one of my favorite side dishes.
We eat her a couple of times a week, smoked turkey, awesome. I always fill up my vehicles and boat here as I believe corn is to eat not to gum up my fuel systems. Thats right, always ethanol free!
Prime Rib was great along with cream corn.
