Yesterday we had Kelvin in to do a Precision Tune -Up for our Geothermal heater, and today we had Leo and Brock here to put in a new water heater that is connected to the Geothermal heater. We really appreciated that Leo and Brock took away the old water heater. All three of them were professional, courteous, efficient and kept us informed as to what was being done. We are very pleased.

The staff , installers and techs were awesome, answering all of our questions and explaining anything we wanted to know. Jason R and Calvin were thorough, helpful and friendly doing inspections for us. Jason S and Mat who did the installation were knowledgeable, efficient super friendly and fast!! They answered our endless questions and gave us a thorough tour to show us how everything worked. Michelle, you are a gem, so pleasant do deal with, patient and always friendly and helpful. We had Walker Climate care install a tankless hot water system and humidifier. The two guys where very quick and professional. They explained how the system works and answered our questions. We plan to have them replace or furnace and air conditioning when it is time.

After Jason's inspection, Darcy came by to provide an estimate for some new equipment, which is being installed next week. Excellent service, but that is what we have always received from Walker ClimateCare. Monday morning bright and early the guys were onsite and set to work installing our new furnace, tankless hot water and water conditioner. They worked quickly, cleaned up everything and were done before the lunch hour was over. This is our third major installation from Walkers (different houses) and we have been happy with them all. Leo, Jason, Matt and Brock, great work!

Great experience, hard to believe Sunday at 6am we had no heat and by Tuesday all is done. Both Brad and Harrison were excellent, very neat and organized. knowledge of product was top notch. From start to finish nothing but good things to say. Thank you.
