SUPERB SERVICE FROM THE LADIES AT TELUS MOBILITY ON VINCENT MASSEY DR IN CORNWALL, ON. My wife and I are VERY IMPRESSED by the service we received from Jennifer. I was to receive my new phone (Galaxy Note 8) the next day, but she was off that day. She offered to come in on her DAY OFF to complete my order so that I can have my new phone that day. Who offers to come in on their FREAKIN' DAY OFF?!!!!!!!!!! Nobody, that's who - unless you're someone who cares about your customers! Guess where I'll be buying my next phone, recommending my friends... THANKS JENNIFER AND TASHA. I approve a raise in salary for the two of you. Andrew.

We arrived about 30 mins till closing due to my work schedule. She helped us get myself a new phone, new plan, and ordered a phone for my mother. The store was robbed a week prior and the cash wasn’t adding up, but she stayed cool and calm. Unfortunately my phone was taking a long time to update and download and we ended up leaving about 40 minutes after closing. We felt horrible but she assured us that it was okay. Will go back

Went into The Phone Centre to upgrade two phones for our family. Expected to be there forever and to come out with a much lighter wallet. We were pleasantly surprised. Jordan served us. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped to set us up with phones that were perfect for us, with plans that work for our family at an affordable cost. He was happy to answer our questions and he was very helpful. Will not hesitate to do business here again : ). Wonderful service.
