Derek and his team are THE reason, we as first time home buyers were able to purchase a home in this crazy market. If you are a first time home buyer PLEASE do yourself a favour and give Derek and his team a call. Derek showed us our home and when we knew we really wanted this one he immediately got on the phone with his team headed to draft an offer and submitted it within the hour. We will always be thankful for his patience, dedication and for all the time he took to carefully show us the home, answer all our questions (a lot) and always respond quickly and effectively when we needed anything. 11/10 service!
