A regular hotel for not a lot of money. Clean. The only thing is that when checking into the room it was very cold. It took 5 hours until the temperature and the room became comfortable. But it's okay not to warm up the room if no one lives there. However, it is inconvenient.

Not by any means a glamorous stay, but the staff was pleasant and courteous. Check in was easy and quick, rooms were clean. The T.V screen was defective, it still worked but the picture quality was faulty, the bathroom door didn't lock or ever close properly. The hair dryer was faulty and over all the room was lacking love and attention. The beds were O.K, not horrible but not fantastic. Otherwise, it was a convenient location off the Highway, to stop over for a quick night's rest before heading on the road again. The price was far more than room 111 was worth, but like I said, clean, convenient and courteous. So I give it 2 stars for that.
A decent place for 1-2 night stays. The beds were clean, but there was a musty smell in the room when we entered. Due to covid, breakfast was given in a takeaway bag. The coffee machine didnt look clean, but there's a Tim Hortons just across the parking lot.
I was put in a room reserved for those that needs assistance and have requested for such. Room smells musty, bathroom has two hospitals chairs in it. I asked for an inconvenience discount and a room charge from the Manger but got the shock of my life rudely from the Manger. I was put upstairs, the hallway had empty beer bottles and spewed with trash for days. You have to walk down to the lobby to use microwave. Don't ask me if I will lodge at the NYC greyhounds terminal like hotel again
This is the 2nd time we come with work crew late night with reservations made threw your guys web page number to always get to the hotel and have no reservations done. Have everyone coming in late from 12 plus hour shifts to having to make phone calls and deal with this. Fix the number on your site from Kentucky they can't do the job and the hotel never seems to get the reservations
Room was dated and mattress felt so old and not supportive that I tossed and turned all night and didn't sleep well at all. Won't be back there. Front desk staff was nice and helpful when I asked for a blanket for the cold room. Wish I had known before going to bed how bad it was or would have asked for another room to at least see if bed would have been any better.
Wonderfully quiet location considering how close it is to the highway and a reasonable price.... BUT... It is desperate need for an upgrade in the rooms. Very dated and worn and almost to the point of feeling uncomfortable.
It was OK but had an oder musty like old. Rooms definitely needs renovations. The staff are very friendly.
