The technology sales team lack the required expertise. They seem to be just sales people who happen to sell electronics without in-depth knowledge. Customer service was unpleasant and even semi confrontational. They should invest some time in developing their in store customer experience or else they are going to lose to online shopping.

It's really worse customer service by general manager Mr Brian I got two paper copies and I have been charged 12.41 extra and never got back my money. never ever going back to that place again zero customer service by general manager. sad
