Nick and his team at Cornwall stairs were totally professional right from the start of the whole process to the completion of the installation of our Glass Balustrades. The girls in the office kept me updated throughout the whole process and always replied to any emails or phone messages promptly. The installation team did a brilliant job fitting the Balustrades. Russel who did the installation takes great pride in his work and did a very professional job. He is also a very tidy worker cleaning up as he goes along. I would recommend Cornwall Stairs all the way .

We had our stairs replaced by Cornwall Stairs over the last few days and we are delighted with the results. Despite living in an old cottage, with stone walls and crumbly plaster, our fitter Ben, managed to do a magnificent job by getting over a number of problems with great skill and fortitude. I can't rate this company highly enough. We had an usual opening in a new build through to our first floor which required some thought about the design and 'look'. They listened to our ideas and with their practical expertise we now have a fine staircase which is a real feature. They were keen to get everything 'just right'. Their workmanship and that of their fitters was superb. Liaison through the process was very good and we think the price paid was very reasonable.
