Had a great experience buying new runners, website said what I wanted was out of stock but they found it in the back for me. Store felt very open and clean. Big shoutout to Sue for helping me out!

Super helpful and friendly staff. Helped locate a hard to find collection and in my size. Allowed me to use another shirt to fit a zip up. Everyone was friendly and kind and was willing to help. Clean store. Great staff. Prices were surprisingly better than their competitors. Very pleased with this location and my visit.
I came all the way form Montreal because I have very large feet and it's hard to find 4E shoes in Québec. I tried something like 15 pairs and sadly only 3 fit. They were very patient and understanding of my condition. I really recommend this store.
This has nothing to do with the Cornwall store. They are awesome. This has to do with the online service. It’s terrible. I tried ordering something online and the order did not connect with PayPal properly. PayPal has been very helpful through all this but sportcheck online has not. 2 phone calls and 3 emails later no help. They just keep saying deal with PayPal. I mentioned every time I want to the items I purchased but never offered to help me. (Only reason I’m ordering is Cornwall store is out of stock) They lost a sale and an online customer. I’ll take my chances and deal locally and purchase something else.
The manager is RUDE When I went in to make a return there was a sign on the door that read they would not be accepting returns until 3 days later. I went in anyways to find out why. The manager said it was because they were having a massive sales event and it was too busy. I asked “so you then randomly decide not to accept returns?” And told her I live far from the store. She exclaimed “randomly!? Have you walked through the store? It’s a mess!” And then told the cashier to do the return. I said thank you. The manager was beyond rude in her tone, body language, facial expression, and choice of words. The cashier who processed the return was also rude. I will NEVER spend another dollar at this store location.
