The drivers are very friendly and most of the time buses are on time. Certain things like road construction, an accident or weather can't be helped but they do their best to be on time. For me they're ️
Love and use Cornwall transit on a regular basis. It would be helpful if someone could post something on the city of Cornwall page, websites, transit voicemail to indicate operational status in inclement weather conditions for those of us dependent on the service.
Late in the winter. today 45 minutes late. and blaming it on construction... no contrution on the 1mcconnell route. been waiting at the bus stop since 4:27 pm... the bus came at 5:01pm then sat at pitt and second 10 minues before leaving adding insult to injury. i was 30 mins late for work....
